All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 working days. Once shipped, orders are sent via Royal Mail using either 1st Class or 2nd Class delivery depending on the option selected at checkout. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class orders the next working day (including Saturdays), while 2nd Class delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. As all personalised cards are custom-made using your uploaded artwork, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll do our best to put things right.
