These terms and conditions apply to competitions and giveaways run by Doodle & Send, a trading name of Oh You Know Limited a company registered in England with registered company number of 12625943 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By entering any of our competitions or giveaways via social media, you agree to these terms.

No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated.

Only entries submitted during the stated competition period will be valid.

Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5. Prizes

Prize details will be clearly stated within the competition post.

Prizes:

• Are non-transferable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• May be substituted with an item of equal value if necessary

Winners will be selected fairly using either:

• Random selection

• Judging based on creativity or criteria outlined in the post

Our decision is final.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select another winner.

If you submit artwork, photographs, drawings or other creative content as part of an entry:

• You confirm you own or have permission to use the content

• You grant Doodle & Send permission to repost or share the content for promotional purposes related to the competition and our business

We will always aim to credit creators where possible.

If we wish to use artwork for wider marketing purposes beyond the competition, we may contact you separately for additional permission.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform used.

By entering, you release the relevant platform from any responsibility related to the competition.

10. Fraudulent Entries

We reserve the right to:

• Disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries

• Remove entries that violate platform rules

• Cancel or amend competitions where necessary

11. Data Protection

Any personal information provided during a competition will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information will only be used:

• To administer the competition

• Contact winners

• Deliver prizes

• Or for marketing where consent has been given

12. General
